Portable Enema Backpack Concept
This concept centers around a portable, hands-free enema system that’s wearable as a backpack, enabling use while on the move or multitasking. I’ve created multiple iterations, each with unique features and purposes. My latest design includes options for automated routines, remote control, and even voice commands, which adds a level of customization and accessibility to the setup.
Water Vessel Configuration
One of the first challenges was configuring the water vessels. I initially considered a single large container, but finding a sturdy, rigid vessel with a 2-liter capacity proved difficult. An issue with most lightweight plastic bottles risk is the collapsing under vacuum pressure if water is drawn out without air replacing it. If the plastic isn't rigid enough the bottle will crush before the vacuum gets great enough to pull air into the system. My solution was to use two thick-walled, durable 1-liter plastic bottles.
In my first iteration, I arranged these bottles in parallel, with a pump drawing from both bottles at once. This setup created a visually and audibly striking effect, with bubbles flowing back through the water, you can see and hear it in this video of me using the early prototype. However, the parallel configuration had a downside: water didn’t flow evenly from each bottle due to differences in pressure and resistance, you can see that in the last seconds of the video. One bottle was empty, meaning the pump was sucking air, making it air bound before it finished draining the water from the other bottle. To address this, my next version positioned the bottles in series, so one bottle completely empties into the other before that one begins to drain.

Core Components and Mechanisms
Enema Plug: The system includes a modified inflatable enema plug that securely maintains placement during use. The base Inflatable Enema Plug: https://amzn.to/3MA5S0w Read more about how I made this plug here: modified inflatable enema plug A check valve is installed inline to prevent any backflow, ensuring the system remains hygienic. 1way/check valve: https://amzn.to/3TjThTc
Pump: The heart of the setup is a small, 5V USB-powered aquarium pump, capable of moving a decent volume of water with pretty low pressure. Testing revealed a maximum lift of 4-5 feet (below the manufacturer’s 9-foot claim), but this range aligns well with my safety goals, preventing excessive force. It also is not capable of flowing air in any meaningful way. 5v Pump: https://amzn.to/3ALaf6k
Solenoid Valve and Flow Control: A 12V solenoid valve regulates the flow of water, preventing undesired gravity feeding or flow when the pump is off. This valve is durable and allows for controlled, intermittent flow based on user input. 12v Valve: https://amzn.to/47lWNlF
Control System: A 4-channel Bluetooth and Wi-Fi switch connects the pump and solenoid to my smartphone, allowing precise control of the setup. This switch integrates with Google Home for voice commands, so I can initiate or stop flow remotely or by voice. 4 Ch Switch: https://amzn.to/4dScgMM
Power Source: The system is powered by a portable battery pack with both 5V and 12V outputs, conveniently supplying energy to both the pump and solenoid valve without needing multiple power sources. This compact power brick enhances portability. Battery with both 5v and 12v output: https://amzn.to/4gfNUxZ

Design and Aesthetics
The current setup is functional but still has a rugged, utilitarian look as I refine the design. That being said it is quite a trip to use. I have set up a google home routine that offers humiliating but encouraging words to me as it talks me through the on and off cycles. some shorter some longer. I'd really like to streamline it for better aesthetics at some point.
Future Possibilities and Ideas
One of the interesting benefits of this setup is the possibilities for remote play. Get on a video call with your mistress and she can flick the flow on or off as she sees fit.
With another valve it would be possible to add different solutions, maybe one liter could be saline solution and the other a gut wrenching soapy mixture.
An inflatable plug with a much larger inner diameter has been the unobtainable bit I want to really "open up" some interesting possibilities. The plug I currently use, while extremely secure, unfortunately doesn't allow for releasing the enema recipient's contents as it won't pass anything much larger than a pea through it. Something much larger would allow for a whole different level of control. I envision a remote operated release valve that would allow for instant loss of control with a tap of the phone. I envision various routings for this expelled fluid depending on how warped my mind is at that particular moment, but I will allow your imagination to try to imagine the possibilities for yourself.
I consider my write ups living documents, so if there is anything unclear or that you'd like me to expand on, just let me know! https://www.jamesgransk.com/contact
